Im an almost daily customer, i am drawing blanks on the 2 employees names, but will edit when i remember. they are the sweetest from a genuine place, have been so kind to me and mine. i genuinely love seeing them every morning and i hope dunkin continues to bless them going forward! they deserve 25/hr for the way they handle business. the drink is almost always amazing and on the rare occasion something goes wrong, they fix it quickly and kindly. love this dunkin!

A little taste of home. Originally from Massachusetts it's safe to say I have a soft spot for Dunkin'. I went in today to see how the business handled it's first few opening days and I have to say that I am beyond impressed. Clean, quick and efficient (despite the line wrapping the building in the drive-thru and the line out the door inside. Customers had a very short wait time with all food and drink being made hot, fresh, and delicious. I'm happy to report that I will add the newly opened Dyersburg Dunkin' to my morning routine. They are so friendly, and the Dunkin midnight makes my taste buds so happy.
Dunkin in Dyersburg gets my coffee perfect every single time. I have probably been there at least a dozen times since they opened and my caramel ice coffee with extra cream and sugar is perfect every time. That is NOT the case at other Dunkins in my experience. I have given up on the one in Jackson because I throw it away every time because it is not good! Keep it up! I appreciate a good candy coffee ( as my mom says)

Extremely fast service I usually go early in the mornings and get a coffee. My new favourite thing is the avocado toast. Love it so glad it’s in town.
Dunkin donuts in dyersburg is the best. I was putting Stevens coffee down and spilled it. The employees were right on it bring ice and cleaning the mess up. Checking on him several times to make sure he was ok. The manager bought 2 donuts to us with me trying to refuse them as this was all my fault. Steve says no doubt the coffee is hot.
